Booking RequirementsLate Arrivals: As a courtesy to all clients, staying on time is important. If you arrive late for your appointment, you will have to forfeit that time, and are required to pay for the complete service. If your service provider is running behind, we apologize in advance and you will receive your full appointment time. Reservation Policy: A credit card number is required to hold your reservation for all Services, Spa Packages, Group Parties, or Multiple Bookings. We will not process your credit card number until the service has been completed, you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, or unless you do not show up for your appointment. Cancellation Policy: Your credit card will be charged 50% of all services booked for cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice. For a “NO SHOW” (no notice given), your credit card will be charged full price for all services booked. Gratuities: Appreciated, but never expected, gratuities are usually given in the range of 15-20% of the total service amount. Gratuities can be given to the provider or left at the front desk. Gift Cards: Gift cards can be purchased for a specific dollar amount and used for services or retail purchases. Gift cards are not refundable and must be presented at the time of the service. Gift cards can be purchased at the front desk or over the phone (608-762-5635) with a credit card number and will be mailed out that same day. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost, misplaced, or stolen cards are non-refundable and not replaceable. Minimum Age Requirements: You must be at least 16 years of age to use the tanning facility. |
