Booking requirements

APPOINTMENTS

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment to complete the proper paper work or begin your relaxation process.

LATE ARRIVALS

  • As a courtesy to all clients, staying on time is important. If you arrive late for your appointment, you will have to forfeit that time, and are required to pay for complete service.

GUARANTEE POLICY

  • A credit card number is required to guarantee your reservation for Spa Packages, group bookings, or multiple bookings.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Your credit card will be charged 50% of all services booked for cancellations with less than a 48 hour notice.
  • For a “No Show” (no notice given), your credit card will be charged full price for all services booked.

GRATUITIES

  • Appreciated, but never expected, gratuities are usually given in the range of 15-20% of the total service amount. Groups larger than 4 people will be charged an automatic 18% gratuity, which will be split evenly amongst the providers and the hours of service per guest. Gratuities can be given to the provider or left at the front desk.

GIFT CARDS

  • Gift cards can be purchased for a specific dollar amount and used for services or retail purchases. Gift cards are not refundable and must be presented at the time of the service. Gift cards can be purchased with a credit card number and will be mailed out that same day. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost, misplaced, or stolen cards are non-refundable and not replaceable.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS

  • You must be at least 16 years of age to use the tanning facility.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use the couples spa room unless with a parent.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to get permanent make-up.
