+ Relaxation Massage

• An hour of this light to medium pressure relieves fatigue, reduces tension and anxiety, calms the nervous system, and promotes a sense of relaxation and renewed energy.

+ Deep Tissue Massage

• Medium to deep pressure is specific, penetrating and effective to address the source of pain. Minor aches and pains can be relieved as well as soreness and stiffness. This can also increase joint mobility, circulation, energy and ambition.

+ Neuro-Muscular Massage

• This therapy focuses on loosening the superficial fascia and improving nerve and fluid circulation to underlying structures. A specific technique is used to release trigger points, whether it be skin rolling, direct pressure, or slow range of motion.

+ Pre-Natal Massage

• Massage can be very beneficial at this time to promote relaxation, soothe nerves, and relieve strained back and leg muscles. We have two different Prego-pillows to support mom and baby during the second and third trimesters, or you may prefer a side-lying massage. Feel free to consult with your Dr. about this light, gentle massage.

+ Hot Stone Massage

• Around 50 hot stones are used to massage and melt away muscle tension and stress. The warm stones are placed on specific areas to improve the flow of energy in the body and allow you to enjoy the full effects of your massage.

+ Chair Massage

• Our therapist’s use a specialized chair for this seated massage. For a quick stress reliever, come after work or on your lunch break and we will relax your neck and shoulders.
